Liz Chang lives outside of Washington, D.C. Liz's initial interest in sports came from her father, who frequently brought the family to major- and minor-league baseball games. Accordingly, Liz grew up with an appreciation for the older ballparks (the Vet, Memorial Stadium) and she actually prefers the fossils (Dodger Stadium, RFK) to the newer parks. In fact, when visiting Dodger Stadium, Liz enjoys remembering scenes from "The Naked Gun" and never tires of screaming, "Enrico Pallazzo saved the Queen!" although her husband tires of hearing it.
Liz is a diehard Washington Nationals and Washington Capitals fan, a big George Washington University supporter, and roots for DC United and the Washington Wizards. As a Philadelphia Eagles fan, she loathes the Washington Redskins and delights in taunting 'Skins fans, among other topics, on her blog: http://dcsportschick.blogspot.com
