Its Divisional playoff time, and I am sitt'n on the edge of my seat! No wait, I just fell off! It's the end of the Colts, Chargers game, and the Chargers just won-in overtime!
And who did you pick?
Talk about an underdog victory. As much as I feel for Tomlinson, where were they hiding Darren Sproles!? He's a bullet, full of moxy, and 5'6'? He's perfect for me!
If they go to the Super Bowl, the 2009' Wildcard Weekend, will be a vivid memory. The road to the Super Bowl looks mighty different than a month ago. Have another beer, and let the festivities begin!
On to my picks for the Divisional Playoffs, 2009'.
Eagles @ Giants
It's games like these that make Divisional playoffs so exciting.
The question is, can we stand watching this showdown again?
OUUCH! It hurts already.
The Giants have had time to eat, sleep, relax, and digest, but these former champs have got to play like they are the ones to beat.
The Eagles are ready, fired up and full of Red Bull! They haven't had a break like the Giants, but have built strength in their plight; they have been playing in playoff games since November!
If Red Bull is what they say it is, the Eagles are flying high!
I predicted the Super Bowl outcome last year, and I'm going out on a limb again.
I'm picking the Eagles.
Ravens @ Titans
The Ravens have beaten the Eagles, the Cowboys, and won their last game against the Titans.
The Titans seem to play on the fence at times. The Ravens can stop their game and have great play-makers. The Titans have the best record this season; We know those wins can go up in smoke just like that!
Flacco is looking really strong right now. And did I mention, HOTTIE!
If they win, they'll hope the Steelers lose.
I'm picking the Ravens.
Chargers @ Steelers
They say Roethlisberger is good to go. This kind of game is like one big-keep your hands over your eyes, fourth quarter. Yikes!
The mighty Chargers are showing so much promise, but can they keep this momentum?
And is Ben really good to go? If he gets pressure from the Chargers, they could wear him down fast.
The Steelers dominated their last game against the Chargers, but the outcome was by one measly point.
I'm going for another upset.
I'm picking the Chargers.
Cardinals @ Panthers
The Cardinals played a tight game against the Panthers back in week 8, and have lost 4 of their last 7. Kurt baby still has it in him, and has a greater passing game.
The Panthers have defeated the Cardinals in all three of their match-ups this season. The Panthers have weapons.
I'm picking the Panthers.
