ESPN's own, Howie Schwab, sultan of sports trivia, gives me his take on the latest goings on in the sports world.

The Academy Awards have been passed out for 2008. With so many sports movies to choose from, which are your five favorites?

Wow. I would say Paper Lion from the late 60s is my favorite. Rocky, Hoosiers, The Natural and the Pride of the Yankees.

The National Football League combines are going strong. Who are your top five picks in this year's draft?

I really like Chris Long of Virginia and Jake Long of Michigan . I think Darren McFadden ( Arkansas ) will be a star a la Adrian Peterson. I think a quarterback like Brian Brohm ( Louisville ) may be as valuable as Matt Ryan ( Boston College ).

University of Tennessee basketball coach Bruce Pearl has received a lot of scrutiny on and off the court in recent years. Will this past week's win over Memphis University help erase a lot of that?

I think Tennessee could be upset at Vanderbilt tonight (Tuesday). I was in Memphis and Tennessee did a great job on the boards. The bottom line is I picked Tennessee to make the Final Four and I am sticking with it. The loss may help make Memphis focus even more.

Baseball's spring training is around the corner. Who will be one of the bigger surprises this year? Who will be a disappointment?

I will pick the Chicago White Sox as a surprise. A lot of people feel the Detroit Tigers will win it all but I think the White Sox and Cleveland Indians will challenge. As for a disappointment, I will say the Colorado Rockies will have a tough time repeating last year's magic as the Arizona Diamondbacks added Dan Haren to the starting rotation.
