Pennington is out, Kellen is in! Wouldn't you say, a little too late? Didn't we talk about this back in week three or four?
And why is it that offensive coaches aren't switched up with less than four minutes left in the game?
As much as I griped about Mangini not changing Pennington, I acknowledged the whole picture: the offensive line is as much the blame. Where is the T in Team? Where is the communication? And where is the business mind in the match-ups with coaches and players!?
Interesting statistics show that Women are great communicators AND, they know business. Is this what we need; more women making the 'big deals' upstairs? More Women making the match ups? Think about it. Women have been the decision makers for many a long day, and they have held the purse strings for a long, long time boys!
Perhaps there's a better 'deal maker' right in your own home. It's true; Women know how to spend the money! But when it comes to down to business, its not about the quick fix, its about longevity.
I'm just saying, you know. coming from a Women's perspective and all.
On to my Picks for Week # 9
Patriots VS Colts:
All I can say is, OMG! Here we go!
They are currently, the best two teams in the NFL. Until Sunday!
Do the Colts want to prove they are still Super Bowl contenders? Of course they do!
Do the Pats say, "not this time!" Of course they do!
Brace yourself for this game.
I'm picking the Patriots.
Vikings VS Chargers:
Oh the Vikings! The Vikings are one of those tease teams. They look like they are making some noise and they do make noise, but stop hanging that carrot over my nose would ya! And get your Quarterback, back!
How about adding a few key players, and work on that potentially great defense.
The Chargers are neck'n neck with the Chiefs for the AFC West and the Chargers are yes, 5-4 in this series.
I still think the Chargers are on a roll. Just keep passing to my man LT and we be all happy!
I'm picking the Chargers
Saints VS Jaguars:
Oh when the Saints, come marching in.. oh when the Saints come marching in..
Slowing they are marching in. They could ruffle some feathers or should I say hairs, in the NFC South. Check it out: with both the Bucs and the Panthers loosing last week. the Saints are far from out of the picture.
This is going to be a game to watch. Maybe as good as the Colts game. No kidding; play for play, it might even be better.
The Jags are on a roll too and have beaten this team in the past. However, they need to regain momentum with their backup quarterback, of which I don't think will help them this week. The Saints are a stone through away from being in first place for the NFC South, and have come from a 0-4 deficit; I think they want it more.
I'm picking the Saints.
Chiefs VS Packers:
Do you even have to ask! If you saw that sweet, sweet victory over the Broncos on Monday night, then you know what I'm thinking.
Bret, the wine and cheese just keeps getting better and better!
I can't say it enough; I am so proud of you Bret Favre. Jump around! Jump around!
Wehew!
I'm picking the Packers.
I love this game!
