As you can see, my name is Calvin Davis and I am a sports fan. I am very opinionated, which added to a love of sports makes for good writing. I am the Sports Editor for The Chronicle, so I don't write as much as I used to when I was a Staff Writer.  I have, however, managed to keep the rust off by writing to myself everyday. I'm one of the biggest Duke  fans that you'll find  this side of the Appalachian Mountains. I'm also a big Jay-Z fan and I try to put words together in the impossible fashion that he does. As a matter of fact go pick up a Jay-Z CD right now, write the lyrics on paper, and tell me that you're not flat out astonished at his word play. Lastly for those who don't know me, here's a quick crash course:
