Dear Ricky Williams,

Welcome back! It seems like you've been gone forever. In football years, you practically have! How are you feeling? Have you been keeping up with the yoga? Passing your weekly "tests"? Having any regrets? Too many questions? Sorry, I don't mean to get all Mike Wallace on you but everyone is so curious about what's going on in that man-child head of yours. Even though I'm sure you've been keeping up with the goings on of your Dolphins (I hope). I want to mention a few things about your opponent this week. They are called the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. You've heard of them right? You've played them before, but you know, that was "before". Anway, they've been playing great, except for last week when they got beat by the Jets. Did you see that game? Probably not. I'm sure you've got better things to do. But they played against another guy that hadn't picked up a ball in awhile either, although for completly different reasons. It's crazy because most people thought that game would be a route but not the case. I'm sure they probably have the same feelings about your match up this week too. Have you heard about that running back that they have, Cadillac Williams? No relation, right? Funny, because he reminds me of you when you were finding your game and monster-trucking into the endzone on the regular (even though now it's been so long, that statshark has you rushing for 50 yards or less almost every game). I don't know if Cadillac will play this week, but if he does, your defense better hold on and hold on tight. Your guys gave up their first rushing TD of the season last week, hopefully that's not a trend. I think the Bucs defense might have it in for you as well, since you'll probably have the ball alot. Your QB Gus Frerotte could use a little break from the pressure (last week was 21-33, 226 yards and 2 TDs), since your line has a few issues, but then again, whose line doesn't these days. Don't let that make you nervous, it's gonna be that way the rest of the season. I think teams will try to prove a point with you, but remember that you're trying to prove one right back. Whether you guys win the game or not (I think-win), EVERYONE is going to want to talk to you, which is not your favorite thing to do. If you start to feel anxious, just remember this.....Namistay hands, inhale, up to Warrior pose, exhale, standing pose, inhale, Downward dog, exhale, back to standing pose, inhale, up to Sun salutation, exhale, back to Namistay hands. You know what I meant by "inhale" right? Just checking. Thanks for coming back. We've missed you!

Tabitha
