Hmmmm, now their really pulling at strings. No need for it- I agree! It's been ten years since I was sitting in their office talking about producing an exciting new show, something to the tune of "The View" meets ESPN, with 95% or the roster being women, and where male and female athletes would come on as guest; good looking, and of course, with a great story in toe. That's exactly what we love-your right! The human side of the players, whether it be a male of female, let's get to the roots of these athletes! I don't even want to repeat the email follow up that I received from one of "the boys club" members. Pretty much insulted them with the idea, because, duh! They didn't come up with it! It wasn't a pitch for an entire channel, but would be added value to the existing roster of programming. So, here we are with a channel being called espnW?? Well ladies AND gentlemen, when I get ready for football every Sunday, it's all about the 'look and feel' of what I'm watching- the excitement, that's what I get out of it! I get a rise out of watching those men rumble and tumble all over the field, the execution of a great catch and touchdown! And then there's baseball, and the 'look and feel' of the boys running out of the duggout. OMG! I'm sorry, I digressed, but this IS my kind of 'passive activity', every week. Yoga? Yoga!? Let's open a beer and watch a game! M-A Oh, where to begin is right!
